Shipping and Handling
Products purchased from the internet are delivered free of charge within the city limits of Main Cities of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Kharj, Buraida, Onaiza, Ras, Hail, Hafr Al Batin, Dammam, Khobar, Dharan, Jeddah, Jubail, Ahsaa, Taif, Madina, Tabuk, Abha, Khamis Mashet) and Bahrain. Incase your destination is beyond the City limits we can provide you the shipping cost of your purchase, once you provide us with the shipping address in the check-out order form. If you are International buyers (located outside of Saudi Arabia), the shipping cost will be calculated once you will purchase the goods. We will send you the shipping cost notification by email and if it is accepted to you, we will dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Our Shipping Carriers will deliver your goods in the safest, quickest and economical way.

Calculating Shipping Cost

Shipping charges for your orders from u-mark.net depends upon weight, Volume, shipping destination and shipping option you choose.

If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment.

Delivery Time

As we stock most of the items, we would be able to ship orders within 3-7 working days (Saturday – Wednesday) if within the city limits. However, shipment of some items is based on the availability of stocks. We would notify you by e-mail or phone of any items that needs a longer shipping time.

Customs, Tariffs and Taxes

If you are International buyers (located outside of Saudi Arabia), in addition to the shipping cost, the goods may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from U-Mark, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Product Returns
All of our products are under warranty. If the product(s) you received has a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge and if necessary, we will replace the product(s) with a new one. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the Product you ordered, you can return the product for a full refund (less shipping cost), within 3 (Three) days upon receiving your order (applicable for products bought through the internet only) provided that the product(s) is in not used and the original packaging is in perfect condition. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible to send the product(s) back to our warehouse. If you are a customer within Saudi Arabia, you can return the product(s) to any of our branches. In both cases, the refund will not be in a form of CASH, it will be in a form of crediting your credit card.

Note: Products that wished to be returned, should NOT have been INSTALLED and should be in it's original Packing. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
